The Village Pledge

We pledge to show up as ourselves — imperfect, curious, and willing.

We pledge to listen before we assume, and to lead with heart.

We pledge to bring our piece of the puzzle, without needing to have it all figured out first.

We pledge to celebrate each other's wins as if they were our own.

We pledge to stay curious about what becomes possible when people find each other for good purposes.

We pledge to treat this Village — and the people in it — as something worth tending.
